Parnas (také Parnassus, řecky Παρνασσός) je pohoří nacházející se v Řecku v blízkosti Korintského zálivu. Pohoří je charakterizováno výrazným velehorským reliéfem, za což vděčí zejména zkrasovatělému vápenci, který je zde hlavním stavebním prvkem. Nejvyšším vrcholem je Liakoura (2457 m).
