Tyto 3 ostrovy se nacházejí severně od pobřeží Venezuely, tvoří tzv. skupinu ABC ostrovů a náleží Nizozemskému království. Existují dva dialekty papiamenta: arubský dialekt a dialekt používaný na Curaçau a Bonaire.
