Panský stav (německy Herrenstand) byla do poloviny 17. století součást stavovského uspořádání v Českých zemích a současně jediným stavem vyšší šlechty. Z důvodu svého státoprávnímu postavení se rozlišovalo mezi zbylými zástupci titulované šlechty ve Svaté říši římské.
