Oplatka

Oplatka (na Moravě ten oplatek, německy Oblaten, anglicky Wafer) je pokrm z nekvašeného jemného tenkého těsta obvykle s tlačeným vzorem. Oproti sušence bývá tenčí, plochá, netučná. Zejména solené oplatky bývají ochucené. Chuťově nevýrazné oplatky se vyjma hostií zpravidla ochucují náplní nebo jsou součástí jiného sladkého pokrmu.
