Hmyzomorka včelí (Vairimorpha apis, syn. Nosema apis) je druh mikrosporidie (Microsporidia), vnitrobuněčný parazit vegetující v cytoplazmě hostitele. Vyvolává nejrozšířenější a nejčastější průjmové onemocnění dospělých včel zvané nosemóza (Nosematosis apium), dříve též nosematóza nebo včelí úplavice.
