Mýsie (řecky Μυσία, latinsky Mysia) je historické území na severozápadě Malé Asie, jižně od Propontidy (Marmarského moře). Na západě u Helléspontu se nacházela Tróas s městem Trójou. Na jihu sousedila Mýsie s Lýdií, na východě Frýgií a Bithýnií.
