Dělivé pletivo (též meristém) je rostlinné pletivo tvořené buňkami s dělivou funkcí. Tyto buňky diferencují buňky, které mění svojí funkčnost. Meristematické buňky se vyznačují větším jádrem, endoplazmatickým retikulem a Golgiho aparátem. Vakuoly většinou chybí.
