Lyáza (také lyasa) je enzym katalyzující rozklad chemických vazeb odlišným způsobem než u hydrolýzy nebo oxidace, často za vzniku dvojných vazeb nebo nových cyklických sloučenin. Podle mezinárodní klasifikace enzymů mají lyázy číslo EC 4.
