Luga (rusky Луга, finsky Laukaa, votsky Laugaz) je město v Leningradské oblasti v severozápadním Rusku, zhruba 140 km jižně od Petrohradu. Protéká tudy stejnojmenná řeka. Město založeno roku 1777.
