Karel I. Portugalský (portugalsky Carlos I de Portugal, 28. září 1863 Lisabon – 1. února 1908 Lisabon), zvaný Diplomat nebo Mučedník byl v letech 1889 až 1908 předposledním králem Portugalska. Pocházel z dynastie Braganza-Sasko-Koburské. Karel byl prvním portugalským králem od smrti Sebastiána I., který zemřel násilnou smrtí.
