Kangeq (dánsky Håbets Ø, zastarale Kangek nebo Haabets Oe) je zaniklá osada v kraji Sermersooq v Grónsku, asi 18 km jihozápadně od Nuuku. Nachází se na stejnojmenném ostrově u ústí fjordu Nuup Kangerlua do Labradorského moře. Název znamená „mys u fjordu“.
