Tvořivost neboli kreativita (z lat. creo = tvořím), také invence (z lat. invenio = nalézám, objevuji), je zvláštní soubor schopností, které umožňují uměleckou, vědeckou nebo jinou tvůrčí činnost. Ta se projevuje jako vynalézavost, jako vznik nového, originálního díla nebo myšlenky, popř. tvůrčím řešením problémů.
