Interneuron

Interneuron je neuron zajišťující spojení a sjednocení nervového systému. Vytváří spojení mezi senzorickými neurony (aferentními) vedoucími impulsy ze senzorických receptorů do centrální nervové soustavy a motorickými neurony (eferentními) vedoucími impulzy z centrální nervové soustavy do vykonávajících orgánů (svaly a žlázy).
