Ilegalita

Ilegalita (z lat. in-legalis, nezákonný) označuje stav, kdy nějaká osoba, skupina osob nebo organizace provádí soustavně a vědomě nějakou zákonem nepovolenou (protiprávní) činnost. V politologickém významu označuje skupinu či organizaci, která působí utajeně a „mimo zákony“, proti vůli určitého státu.
