Glykolýza (z řeckého glykos, sladký a lysis, rozpad) je metabolická dráha přeměny glukózy na dvě molekuly pyruvátu za čistého výtěžku dvou molekul ATP a dvou molekul NADH. Probíhá v cytosolu buněk.
