Fibronektin: Funkce & Overview

Fibronektiny jsou velké přilnavé glykoproteiny. Vyskytují se na povrchu buněčných membrán, v mezibuněčné hmotě a volně v tělních tekutinách. Z chemického hlediska jsou to heterodimerní látky, jsou složené ze dvou podjednotek spojených disulfidickou vazbou. Existují dvě hlavní skupiny fibronektinů:
