Exocytóza

Exocytóza je proces, kterým buňky uvolňují (nebo vyvrhují) větší molekuly či struktury (obecně látky, které nejsou schopny samostatného prostupu přes plazmatickou membránu) do svého okolí. Exocytóza je pochodem opačného směru než endocytóza, s níž tvoří dohromady systém buněčného vezikulárního transportu.
