Alborz (též Elborz nebo Elburz) (persky البرز) je pohoří Alpsko-himálajského systému v severním Íránu u Kaspického moře. Na severozápadě navazuje na Malý Kavkaz, na východě na horská pásma pokračující do Afghánistánu. Jeho nejvyšší hora, stratovulkán Damāvand, je současně nejvyšší horou Íránu.
