DNáza čili deoxyribonukleáza je hydrolytický enzym (tedy hydroláza a konkrétně nukleáza), který je schopen štěpit molekuly deoxyribonukleové kyseliny (DNA) na malé oligonukleotidy nebo přímo jednotlivé deoxyribonukleotidy. Enzymaticky působí DNázy na fosfodiesterových vazbách mezi sousedícími deoxyribózami.
