Dip, nebo také namáčka, je omáčka podávaná samostatně, do které se v průběhu konzumace namáčí kousky jídla, např. sýr, falafel, bramborové či tortilové čipsy. Klasická omáčka se proti tomu podává již přelitá přes pokrm.
