Démonologie

Démonologie je systematická nauka, která se zabývá démony, jejich vlivem na lidský život a lidské hříchy. Slovo démonologie je utvořeno ze dvou řeckých základů: Daemon (δαίμων ), znamená démon, ďábel a logos (λόγος), znamená „myšlenka“, „slovo“, „řeč“, „rozum“. Opačná nauka je angelologie. Démonologie je ortodoxní součást teologie.
