Cordierit

Cordierit je minerál ze skupiny cyklosilikátů bohatý na hliník, který tvoří hojný horninový minerál. Pojmenován je podle francouzského geologa Pierra Louise Cordiera (1777–1861), který ho objevil v roce 1813.
