Citron (nebo citrón) je plod citronovníku (Citrus ×limon), hybridního druhu dřeviny z rodu citrusů. Plody citronů jsou tzv. hesperidia a jsou vejcovitého tvaru, velikosti pěsti nebo větší. Jsou žluté a mají výrazně kyselou chuť.
