Chlorochin (též pod obchodním názvem Aralen) je široce používané chinolinové léčivo, jehož účinek je podobný chininu. Používá se především jako antimalarikum – po podání se tato látka koncentruje v tělech původců malárie a blokuje jejich metabolické pochody.
