Černá Ostravice (též Černá) je potok v Moravskoslezském kraji, který odvodňuje menší oblast na jihu okresu Frýdek-Místek a představuje jednu ze dvou zdrojnic řeky Ostravice. Potok tvoří část historické zemské hranice Moravy a Slezska, jakož i přibližně polovinu severní hranice obce Bílá.
