Bradykardie je zpomalení srdeční frekvence. Jedná se o kompenzační reakci srdce na různé podněty. Jako patologický jev ji hodnotíme, pokud je neúměrná situaci (většinou při zátěži). Opakem bradykardie je tachykardie – zvýšená tepová frekvence.
