Berat (albánsky Berati), v minulosti česky také nazývaný Albánský Bělehrad, je město na jihu střední části Albánie, v údolí řeky Osum. Berat je správním centrem stejnojmenného kraje. V roce 2023 mělo město 62 232 obyvatel. Beratu se také někdy přezdívá Město tisíce oken (albánsky Qyteti i një mijë e një dritareve).
