Balygyčan (rusky Балыгычан) je řeka v Magadanské oblasti v Rusku. Je 400 km dlouhá. Povodí má rozlohu 17 600 km². Na horním toku se řeka nazývá Levý Balygyčan (rusky Левый Балыгычан).
