Baltiové jsou tibetská etnická skupina, která je domorodá v pákistánské správě Gilgit-Baltistán a v indické správě Ladák, převážně v okrese Kargil s menšími koncentracemi v okrese Léh. Mimo kašmírský region jsou Balti rozptýleni po celém Pákistánu, přičemž většina diaspory obývá významná městská centra jako Lahore, Karáčí, Islámábád a Rawalpindi.
