Azurová

Azurová je sytě modrá barva, modř čisté (bezoblačné) oblohy, blankytná. Slovo „azur“ je orientálního (perského) původu od „azurového kamene“, latinsky lapis lazuli, drahokam který obsahuje tmavě modrý nerost lazurit. Pigment získávaný mletím tohoto kamene se nazývá ultramarín (z lat. „modřejší než moře“).
