Austrobaileya scandens je jediný druh rodu Austrobaileya a čeledi Austrobaileyaceae nižších dvouděložných rostlin. Je to dřevnatá liána s velkými vstřícnými kožovitými listy, rostoucí pouze ve východní Austrálii. Rostlina má některé archaické znaky, zejména v anatomii cévních svazků.
