AP5 nebo APV (2-amino-5-fosfonovalerát) je selektivní antagonista NMDA receptorů, který selektivně inhibuje vazebné místo pro glutamát na NMDA receptoru. AP5 blokuje NMDA receptory již v mikromolárních koncentracích (~50 µM).
