Aiólové byli jedním ze starověkých řeckých kmenů. Jejich jméno pochází prý od Aiola, syna praotce Řeků Helléna a nymfy Orseidy. Podle pověstí byl Aiolos prapředkem kmene Aiólů. Dalšími významnými starořeckými kmeny byly Achájové, Iónové a Dórové.
