Adagio (z ital. ad agio, klidně, pohodlně) je označení mírného hudebního tempa, které znamená „klidně“ nebo „volně“. Adagio je rychlejší než lento ("pomalu") a pomalejší než andante ("krokem"). Na metronomu mu odpovídá asi 66–76 úderů za minutu.
